I want to show you how to make a weld-free foreballs with gripper and comfort sleeve.

These are two stainless steel ball knobs, tapped with an M6 threaded hole.

One steel ball will form the bell that your skin goes over, and the other will be the weight that hangs down, putting tension on your skin.

Here is the foreballs I showed how to make in a previous article. It used smaller, lighter balls.

The smaller balls are 22mm in diameter.

The larger balls are 30mm in diameter.

This is a standard gripper made from a silicone baby bottle nipple. It goes over one of the balls, and sits between the two. You may have to unscrew one ball, put the gripper on the nut, and then screw the ball back on the nylon bolt.

I flip it inside out to prepare to place it on the skin, and flip it back down, like so ,once the skin is in place over the ball.

They are made from a soft and stretchy skin safe silicone. They are inexpensive and easy to find online. Here is a link to purchase them from amazon: https://amzn.to/47IapGm

They have a number of uses in restoration. What I like to use them for on the weld-free foreballs is as a kind of cushion for the glans. It also helps the inside of the skin to hold onto the bell, since the silicone sleeve has a grippy texture to it. Stretch the silicone comfort sleeve over one ball of the device as pictured:

Here you can see the completed weld-free foreballs with comfort sleeve fully assembled.

Let me know if you try to make this device or use the silicon comfort sleeve. It is a simple and inexpensive way to make a comfortable and effective weighted device for restoring.
